The Session

Recovery-Focused Yoga for Athletes

Our yoga class is designed specifically for athletes. Through professionally guided stretching and breathwork, athletes reduce soreness, prevent injury, improve mindfulness, and move more efficiently — helping them perform their best in practice and in competition.

This isn't a typical yoga class. It's built around what athletes actually need: flexibility, mobility, body control, and mental sharpness.

Open to all persons — baseball, softball, and beyond.

After Yoga

Game Review & Education

After each yoga session, athletes have the added option to review personal game footage or hear MLB experiential talks every week from The Weeks Experience coaching team.

This TRANSFORMATIVE educational session will refuel, re-energize, and re-focus each athlete to take on another week of competitive play with confidence.
